great views but disappointing slide closure

The view from our room was stunning, offering a beautiful river vista that enhanced our stay. The water park provided a lot of fun activities for the little ones, making it a hit with our family despite some disappointments.

The closure of the big slide was unfortunate during our visit.

The waterpark was enjoyable, but the elevators were frustratingly slow.

We had a fantastic time at the indoor waterpark! The kids loved the variety of slides and attractions. Our favorite moment was challenging each other in the laser maze – it was a blast! The location was also perfect, with an aquarium just across the street.

My children wished there were more elevators available, as we waited too long at peak times.

The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety, featuring scrambled eggs, fresh sausages, and homemade bread that delighted everyone. The proximity to the river walk made for pleasant walks and stunning views of tugboats navigating the Mississippi. However, the arcade was disappointing, with many games out of order, and several issues with late pool access on arrival made for a frustrating experience. Otherwise, the location was very convenient for family activities.

Awesome breakfast and waterpark fun!

The breakfast was just incredible, def one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Plus, the waterpark was included and we got to splash around again the next day, which was super fun. Only bummer was the room could have been a bit more spacious for all of us.

I can't say enough about how amazing the views were from our room! We had the privilege of looking out over the Mississippi River, and I even caught a glimpse of a traveling circus performing on a boat! Plus, being just steps away from the waterpark? Total family fun!

i recently stayed in dubuque and had a wonderful time at this resort. the view of the mississippi was breathtaking, and the complimentary breakfast included fresh-cooked sausages and a variety of juices. everything exceeded my expectations, especially the relaxing environment perfect for our romantic getaway.

Enjoyed a clean, spacious Standard Queen Room with a fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, and comfy sofa bed. Breakfast was included, with a gorgeous view of the Mississippi River. Kids loved watching the tugboats from our window. The indoor waterpark kept them entertained, and the staff was helpful when we needed info on local attractions.
